Ô Rouge
Ô Rouge began 25 years ago with the Castel de Très Girard in Morey-Saint-Denis. Two brothers, Didier and Lionnel Petitcolas, developed this place with modernity and authenticity.
In 2020, an opportunity arose with the acquisition of the Hôtel des Grands Crus in Gevrey-Chambertin. The Ô Rouge project was born with one ambition: to offer additional rooms, a Spa service and a second restaurant.
Ô Rouge is located on the famous "Route des Grands Crus" in the middle of the vineyards, with a view of the medieval château and the 13th-century church. The two-storey building houses 21 rooms carpeted in the establishment's colours and equipped with all modern comforts.
A fully-equipped room is available for business meetings and seminars (maximum capacity 20 people).
