Denis and Olivier welcome you to their stone house at the far end of the flower-filled garden, in the blue bedroom.

Located on the first floor of our house, the bedroom features a sleeping area with a double bed, a small desk, and an en-suite bathroom with a large shower cubicle and toilet.

A quiet ceiling fan is available for you to enjoy balmy summer nights.

For your comfort, we provide bed linen, washcloths and towels.

The small private lounge:
Designed with your peace and quiet in mind, a small private lounge of 6m², adjoining the bedroom, is reserved for your use. At your disposal are a television, a desk area, and a selection of treats including coffee and tea. This small lounge can also, on an exceptional basis, accommodate one adult or two children thanks to a very comfortable 140x190 BZ sofa bed. Access to the bathroom and toilet is via the bedroom. If you fancy a moment of relaxation in a peaceful setting, come and enjoy the garden and its glass-roofed pavilion.

Homemade Breakfast
Start your day gently with a homemade breakfast. Served on the ground floor in the living room, it showcases fresh, organic and local produce. Make yourself comfortable and enjoy a delicious meal in a warm and peaceful atmosphere… just like at home!

Bulle, the cat, will quietly slip away into the greenery.

- The room is a 7-minute walk (600m) from Laval town centre, in a quiet neighbourhood. You can therefore enjoy the peace and quiet of the surroundings whilst remaining close to the town’s shops, bars, restaurants and entertainment.

- Parking is free and easy on the street, and a free public car park is available 50 metres from the house.

- Motorcycle and bicycle facilities: the Vélo Francette® – your bikes and motorbikes will be sheltered in a secure storage area under the shed.

- Pets are no longer permitted

- No smoking indoors – smoking permitted outdoors

A deposit will be required at the time of booking.

In the event of cancellation:
More than 30 days before arrival, no charges will apply and the deposit will be refunded.
After 29 days, the deposit will not be refunded

You can also book the Cabane du Bon Chemin
Situated at the far end of our flower-filled garden, easily accessible via a staircase winding past the maple trees, the Cabane du Bon Chemin – which is heated and insulated – offers 26m² of space for your comfort, with a TV and free Wi-Fi, including a cosy sleeping area: 1 double bed (140x190) and 1 fold-away bed (90x190). A kitchen area equipped for long stays, as well as a bathroom with a large walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet.

A floor-to-ceiling window opens onto a private 7m² terrace on stilts, covered by a glass canopy overlooking the garden and the pond. It offers a view of our stone house. A staircase leads down to a second shaded terrace at garden level, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the natural surroundings.

We provide bed linen, washcloths and towels.

?? For your comfort during hot weather, the cabin is fitted with a self-contained air-conditioning system with a fixed external vent, ensuring an ideal temperature without the need to open any windows.

The spa is at your disposal:
During your stay, the outdoor spa, situated at the foot of the cabin, is available until 11 pm for a 45-minute session in complete privacy. Whether you prefer to relax in your swimwear or in the nude, the choice is yours! The spa is available all year round except in the event of rain. Bathrobes and slippers are provided. Instructions for use will be given to you. Children are not permitted in the spa for safety reasons.

Homemade Breakfast
Start your day on the right foot with a delicious homemade breakfast basket, discreetly left at the door of your cabin for a gentle wake-up. Included on the first night; on subsequent nights, breakfast is optional at a rate of €8 per person. Enjoy fresh, organic, local produce in a peaceful and enchanting setting… A memorable experience!

Weekday rates (Sunday to Thursday):
€95 per night for 1 or 2 people
€120 per night for 3 people

Weekend rates (Friday and Saturday): €130 per night for 1 or 2 people or €150 for 3 people.
If there are 2 of you and you wish to sleep in separate beds, a supplement of €20 will be charged for the second bed
