With its well-kept garden planted with trees, Clos St Léonard is set in a peaceful location in the historic district of Durtal, close to the Loir river and the Château Royal de Durtal, on the V47 route of the Loir Valley by bike: rooms and tables d'hôtes with the "Accueil Vélo" label.

Guest house and table open all year round :
- 1 night minimum all year round .
- 2 nights on weekends and public holidays in fine weather, but please contact us for availability.

5 options to choose from, rooms and studios, for up to 15 people in all :

- The Suite overlooking the garden (ideal for 1 to 4 people)
45m² on the 1st floor + private bathroom & WC, 2 king-size beds 160x200 cm, lounge, table, chairs, large flat-screen TV at the following rates:
Low season: €125 per night for 1 or 2 people. Add €10 per extra person/night.
High season: €135 per night for 1 or 2 people + €10 per extra person per night.

- The Junior Suite (ideal for 1 to 3 people) overlooking the garden and quiet street, accessible by a small independent spiral staircase located under the entrance porch.
25m², 1st floor + private bathroom & WC, 2 king-size beds: 180x200 cm + 90x200 cm, TV at €120 per night for 1 or 2 people and €130 per night for 3 people.

* On request, it is possible to add to the Junior Suite another 30m² bedroom next door in a row, for 1 to 3 people. :
2 king-size beds: 160x200 cm + 90x200 cm, lounge, desk, at €50 per night for 1 person, €60 for 2 people and €80 per night for 3 people.
Bathroom/shower/WC to be shared with the Junior Suite.
-Example of price for 2 people (2 people in the same room) = €120 Example of price for 2 people (1 person per room) = €120 + €50 = €170.

- Le Studio St Léonard (ideal for 1 to 3 people): overlooking the garden and quiet street on the ground floor, 35 m² with a fully equipped kitchen (oven, induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, etc.). 1 king-size bed 160x200 cm + 1 armchair/additional bed 80x200 cm, dining room, TV, desk, shower room 100x100 cm with safety handle, separate WC with safety handle at the following rates:
Low season: 115 € per night for 1 or 2 people, 120 € per night for 3 people.
High season: €125 per night for 1 or 2 people, €135 for 3 people.

- The room overlooking the paved courtyard (ideal for 1 or 2 people) :
18 m² and 4 m high ceiling, accessible by an independent outside staircase, 1 king-size bed 160x200 cm, TV, kettle, small desk area, bathroom with shower 80x90 cm, washbasin and WC at the following rates:
110 € (low season) per room for 1 or 2 people and 120 € (high season) per room for 1 or 2 people.

Lovely, well-treed garden with a small fountain, several sets of garden furniture and sun loungers.
Bikes also available on loan and covered bicycle garage inside the property.

Free on-street parking is available, but there is a private, secure car park 100m away with a 22kwh recharging point for electric vehicles.
