Treat yourself to a timeless escape in a characterful guest house dating from the early 1800s, carefully and fully renovated in 2025. Perched opposite the Loire, it offers breathtaking views of the river, perfect for relaxation and getting away from it all.

The 3 bedrooms:

- Rose des Vents
A bright and elegant 40m² bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and natural light streaming through. 160x200 cm bed, sitting area and desk. You’ll love its exceptional view of the Loire, as well as its large en-suite bathroom with a spacious shower and double-basin unit. Separate toilet.

- Ciel de Loire
A 33m² room decorated in soothing shades of blue, featuring two 80x200 cm beds (which can be joined or kept separate according to your needs). Decorative fireplace, mouldings on the ceiling, sitting area and desk. It also offers a beautiful view of the Loire. A 3m² bathroom with a vanity unit, a large shower and a toilet.

- Gloriette
A more intimate 20 m² room with an en-suite bathroom, featuring a 160x200 cm bed, an armchair and a table. Pleasant views of the grounds and trees. Shower room with vanity unit, large shower and toilet.

All rooms feature wooden parquet flooring, a Frame smart TV, Linvosges-quality bed linen, a hospitality tray with a kettle and a Nespresso machine, as well as a minibar.

Gourmet breakfasts are served in a dedicated room with a view of the Loire. We prioritise fresh, local and homemade produce. Homemade honey and jams. High-quality coffee. Jura espresso machine.

The ideal location for exploring the Loire region:

Situated 350 metres from the centre of the village of Saint-Mathurin-sur-Loire, you can walk along the banks of the Loire to reach restaurants, a bar, a bakery, a chemist’s and a mini-market. The railway station is 900 metres away.

Nearby, ‘Loire Odyssée’ offers exhibitions, nature walks and river cruises. Cycle tourists and outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate the ‘Loire à Vélo’ cycle route, which passes right by the house.

Available for hire on site: 2 electric bikes and 4 standard bikes.
