Close to the centre of Notre Dame de Monts, this new build offers 4 bedrooms.

The Suroit room, the Zéphir room and the Lombarde room can accommodate 2 people. The Tramontane room can accommodate 3 people.

They are all very spacious, with double soundproofing, a 160cm bed with 2 bedside tables, a small table with 2 chairs and a wardrobe for your personal belongings. Each bedroom has a wall-mounted ceiling fan, a separate WC and a fully-equipped shower room.
The 4 air-conditioned bedrooms are all decorated in a warm atmosphere, and each has its own entrance and terrace with garden furniture.

The living area comprises a sitting area (leather sofa and small velvet armchairs) and a lounge with a large dining table for 6 to 8 people and a bistro table for 2. Self-service facilities include a coffee maker, kettle, microwave, fridge, toaster and water cooler (room temperature and fresh water).

Breakfasts are served on request and, wherever possible, are organic (fruit, jam, Vendée brioche, sliced bread, cold meats, cheese, etc.). You can enjoy them indoors or on the terrace, depending on the weather. On your day out, your host can prepare a breakfast for you to take away.

The nearest beach is 1.3 km away and the shops are 500 m away. We can lend you bicycles and there are facilities for this. You are free to come and go as you please, and the closed car park is accessible at all hours with a pass.

We can accompany you to the Fromentine pier for your trip to the Ile d'Yeu.
