From the gangway, you'll arrive on a 40 m² terrace. A few steps down, you'll find a bright living room opening onto a fully-equipped kitchen. The space has two air-conditioned bedrooms (10 and 11 m²), with storage space, and a shower room.

Access from the gangway to a kitchen area and a large 30 m² covered terrace with panoramic views of the Rhône and Ardèche rivers.
