Privileged location on the banks of the Saône for this ideal accommodation for 3 people. An extension of the restaurant (bistro/guinguette atmosphere), access to the gîte is via a private terrace.
On the garden level, you will find a fully-equipped kitchen.
Upstairs: sitting area with flat-screen TV (satellite channel), mezzanine bedroom with a 180x200cm bed and a 90x190cm bed and spacious bathroom with bath and WC.

All-inclusive gîte: heating and electricity, bed linen, towels, kitchen linen and end-of-stay cleaning.

Le Cascarot has been awarded the "Accueil Vélos" label (closed, secure bicycle shelter), making it an ideal stopover for cyclists and yachtsmen: a nautical stopover with a private pontoon available (12 m), as well as for fishing, boating and water sports enthusiasts (in season).
Nearby: Seurre: shops, Hôtel-Dieu and historic route through the town. Saint-Jean-de-Losne: 1st inland waterway port, boat hire and restaurants. Cîteaux Abbey, birthplace of the Cistercians, also renowned locally for its excellent cheese made by the monks. 30 minutes from the famous Burgundy vineyards of Nuits-St-Georges, Beaune (and its Unesco World Heritage Site Hospices), Meursault... 45 minutes from Dijon, the capital of the Dukes of Burgundy, a city of art and history and a centre for gastronomy. Jura just a few kilometres away.
