Meet Paul and Pauline, or rather Nathalie, the founder of this unique bed & breakfast! Wishing to create a place in perfect harmony with nature, the young woman built 3 guest rooms on stilts in the heart of her village. Perched in the Montagne de Reims, these eco-designed wooden cabins offer the ideal pied-à-terre for travelers in search of tranquility and conviviality.

Each cabin can accommodate up to 4 people (including a mezzanine bed). They are fitted out with every comfort, including a private terrace to enjoy the surrounding greenery on sunny days! The rooms are perfectly insulated and heated in winter.

At Paul et Pauline, breakfast is included, and what a breakfast it is! 100% homemade and zero-waste, the menu includes sourdough bread baked in a wood-fired oven, almond granola, yoghurts, cookies, honey jams... Particular attention is paid to respecting and understanding food allergies and intolerances.

Every evening, Nathalie also opens her table d'hôtes with her famous wood-fired pizzas. With sourdough dough topped with local, seasonal ingredients, Nathalie's pizzas are sure to please even the most discerning guests, in a truly exotic setting!
