This gite, adjoining the owners' house, is fitted out on the 1st floor using healthy and ecological materials, hence its "Eco-Gîte" label from Gîte de France. Set in an 18th-century farmhouse, take a seat in 110 m² of stone and warm wood. You'll find a large living room with a fully-equipped kitchen (but no dishwasher), a sitting room with WiFi and 4G, board games and books, but no TV (....). On the 1st floor: 3 bedrooms: one with 1 double bed and balcony, the other with 1 double bed and shower, the 3rd bedroom has 3 single beds. A large shower room and dry toilet. Solar hot water and wood pellet heating. South-facing 20m2 terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Adjoining unfenced plot. For your comfort, bed linen and towels are provided. Pets welcome on request. Horse riding, overnight stays in a cabin and visits to the vegetable garden are also possible... Ideally situated for discovering the spa town of Lons le Saunier, Lake Vouglans with the Surchauffant beach (equipped and supervised in summer) and for lovers of hiking and cycling.
