This 65 m² old stone house has been carefully renovated and is completely self-contained. It has retained its old-world charm, with its traditional exterior, while offering a comfortable interior and carefully designed décor, with your well-being in mind.
Whether you're visiting the region for a family celebration, a business trip or simply to enjoy a few days' relaxation, I'll be delighted to welcome you and make your stay as pleasant as possible.
Situated in the centre of the Chateaubriant, Nort sur Erdre and Nozay triangle, its central location will give you easy access to the region's various tourist sites.
Cyclists and walkers are very welcome. The gîte is just 4 km from the "La Régalante" itinerary.
