The Loire Valley region is famous for its many sumptuous châteaux, including Chambord, Chenonceau, Azay-le-Rideau, Amboise and many more. And famous gardens such as Chaumont-sur-Loire and Villandry.Our gîtes are ideally located within 1 hour of all these great châteaux, as well as Beauval zoo.
The Loire basin is also home to a number of unusual, ancestral dwellings, commonly known as troglo. What better way to complete your discovery of the region's heritage than to spend a night or a holiday in the heart of the tuffeau, a rock formed some 90 million years ago, just a few minutes from Amboise and Tours?
Our gîtes are fully equipped for a pleasant, peaceful stay and an unusual experience in a habitat carved out of stone.
