La Grange
25 km from Nantes, 8 km from Nort-sur-Erdre and 2 km from the Nantes-Brest Canal, in the peace and quiet of the countryside, La Grange is a gîte in a former 18th-century farmhouse (owners and other gîte adjoining on site).
Shared heated swimming pool (4.50 x 9 m) from mid-June to mid-September, weather permitting.
Private terrace and access to communal enclosed garden of 3000 m² with swing and boules pitch. Ground floor: living room (140x190 sofa bed) with open-plan kitchen and separate WC. First floor (slightly steep staircase): 2 bedrooms (1: 2 twin 80x200 beds, 2 (small bedroom): 90x190 bunk beds), shower room/WC. Shared laundry room with washing machine. Additional equipment: cot.
3 nights minimum - price for 4 people: 91 euros / 103 euros in July and August
Included: gas heating, electricity and bed linen.
Not included: bathroom linen (5€/p), compulsory end-of-stay cleaning (short stay 30€ - week 60€) and tourist tax. Compulsory cleaning package for business customers (€65).
