The house has 3 levels, with a straight staircase leading to the 1st floor and a spiral staircase leading to the attic bedroom.
Ground floor:
- Fitted kitchen: electric cooker with oven and induction hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, table and 4 chairs. Living room: oval table and 6 chairs, leather sofa, coffee table, console, TV unit + TV.
- Bathroom: walk-in shower with window, separate WC.
- Boiler room: oil-fired condensing boiler, electric hot water tank, waste sorting bins.
- 1st floor: corridor leading to 1 large bedroom with double bed (160cm), wardrobe and chest of drawers and a small bedroom with single bed (90cm), armchair and wardrobe.
- 2nd floor: 1 attic bedroom with double bed (140cm), BZ sofa and storage units.
The bedrooms are equipped with bedside tables, bedside lamps and USB sockets.
The bedrooms have double curtains. The velux window in the small bedroom is fitted with a blackout blind, while that in the attic bedroom is fitted with a roller shutter to regulate the room temperature.
Internet via free WIFI, available throughout the house.
Baby cot, high chair, booster seat and potty are available free of charge.
Car park 100 m away, with the option of parking in the street or in the courtyard next to the gîte.
