With a shared heated swimming pool (5x10m), you'll love putting down your bags in this gîte, which has been converted from an old farmhouse. You will enjoy a small private terrace, a large garden planted with trees and flowers (not enclosed) shared with the owners and guests of the adjoining gîte (independent access). Protected pond, portico, bicycles. 70m² reception room (fireplace) for festive events. Car park.

Adjoining gîte with 2 bedrooms and 4 beds, arranged over 2 levels:
- ground floor: large living room with kitchenette, WC.
- upstairs: bedroom 1 (1 double bed 140cm + 1 children's bed 80cm) - bedroom 2: (2 double beds 140cm + 1 children's bed 80cm) separated by a shower room (shower with jets and washbasin), bench. Shower room (jet shower) with WC.
Oil-fired central heating. The gîte can be equipped with single beds only (on request).
