A peaceful, family-friendly setting for this 80m² semi-detached five-bedroom house (single storey) with a terrace and garden, situated in a small, very quiet housing estate.
An ideal location, close to the centre of Beg Meil in the municipality of Fouesnant and just 150 metres from the beautiful Kerambigorn beach.

A 4 km stretch of white sandy beach and the starting point for walks along the coastal paths. These paths are lined with small coves and lead to the Mousterlin marshes or the Cap Coz lagoon. Also ideal for family bike rides along the greenways.

The house has been completely refurbished and is very practical. On the ground floor, there is an entrance hall leading to a toilet and a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, etc.). The kitchen opens onto the dining room and a small lounge with direct access to the garden terrace via its bay window.

From the dining room, there is access to another TV lounge (with fibre-optic Wi-Fi) leading to the garden, and to a utility room (with a tumble dryer and washing machine, ironing board, iron, clothes horse, vacuum cleaner, etc.).

On the first floor, via the staircase on the right, there are two bedrooms. The first has a double bed, the second has two single beds and a double sofa bed. From the landing, there is access to a bathroom with a double washbasin and a bath.

Via another staircase, leading off the TV lounge, there is a master bedroom with its own bathroom and toilet.

This little corner of paradise and tranquillity features a lovely fully enclosed garden, an outdoor shower for when you return from the beach, an outdoor tap for rinsing bikes, and a terrace with garden furniture, a barbecue, a parasol, sun loungers... and garden sheds, creating a pleasant west-facing relaxation area.

A gate provides direct access to the beach path.

The property has private parking, holds the Cycle Tourism Label and is rated 3 ✨✨✨

NB: For added comfort, bed linen is provided, as well as tea towels and bath mats. Bath towels are available on request and at an additional cost.

The house must be left clean and tidy as indicated in the welcome note, but a cleaning fee is mandatory (90 euros per stay).

Pets are welcome upon request, provided they do not disturb the peace and quiet of the property and the neighbourhood (please bring something to protect the sofas). We

We allow one pet only, subject to a €30 charge for additional cleaning.
