Musée Robert Tatin
Beschreibung
Have you heard of La Frénouse? There you can discover the work of Robert Tatin, a native of the Mayenne region who settled in this little corner of the countryside in 1962.Drawing on his travels, this artist, painter and architect has created an exceptional, monumental body of work, accessed via the Allée des Géants. Step into the Jardin des Méditations and explore the galleries housing paintings, ceramics and lithographs.
Although the museum is largely complete, the creative process is still very much alive thanks to the temporary exhibition space ‘La Grange’. Here, nature and culture come together amidst five hectares of gardens dotted with contemporary sculptures.
