Relais Nature du Parc de la Deûle

Since 2013, this former laundry has been a place dedicated to nature, part of the Espaces Naturels de la MEL. Designed to blend seamlessly into the park's wooded landscape, the Relais Nature in Santes houses a "flora and fauna interpretation center", designed to raise public awareness of the surrounding natural environment.

On the first floor, a temporary exhibition is presented each month, and you can also enjoy a glimpse of the green roofs from the terrace. Based on experimentation, the permanent exhibition "La Nature retrouvée" invites visitors to smell, touch, listen and observe local biodiversity.
Nearby, the "Garden of Experiences" awakens visitors' senses through several sensory trails and aromatic gardens.
Family workshops and training courses are regularly run by the Relais Nature team during the season, from April to October.

Admission is free for the "Laundry" and the Expo of the month, the "Zoom sur..." and "Focus sur la Gîte" outings, as well as certain days such as the Fête de la Nature, the Fête des Mares, the Fête des Pollinisateurs and the Journée Porte Ouverte. Admission to the Relais Nature is 3? full price and 2? reduced price for access to the exhibition
