The shop/tasting room opens onto a breathtaking landscape of vineyards and olive trees stretching as far as the Pyrenees. Open every day without appointment, except Sundays and public holidays.

Sensory Tasting Workshop: ‘The Fragrance of Anthocyanins’
While studying oenology in Bordeaux, Stéphanie became fascinated by the original teaching methods of her tasting professor. Through this workshop, she wanted to reproduce and simplify this method in order to respond to the requests of Domaine Le Fort's customers. Come and develop your oenological skills while enjoying a pleasant moment in this peaceful estate facing the Pyrenees! Over the course of three hours, you will refine your senses... or spend an hour relaxing around wine and learn about tasting methods through a fun workshop...
