Our farm, on the banks of the Etang du Scamandre, an exceptional natural site, has been rooted in Camargue tradition for two generations. We raise our bulls with respect for their well-being, providing them with ample space to roam freely. They need to cover several kilometers every day to preserve their natural balance. That's why we devote extensive pastures to them.

We produce a wide range of products, from IGP Camargue rice to bull meat and heirloom vegetables. Our recipes, handed down from generation to generation, are inspired by those of our great-grandmother Suzanne. You'll find authentic flavors in our terrines, prepared dishes and charcuterie.

As organic farmers, we cultivate our land in a way that respects the environment. Our cereals and pulses feed not only our customers but also our herds. We produce a large proportion of our animal feed ourselves, guaranteeing optimal quality.

Transhumance, a cornerstone of our breeding program
Transhumance is at the heart of our business. Every year, we move our herds from the pastures of the Camargue to the Cévennes. This ancestral practice enables our animals to benefit from varied pastures and adapt to the seasons. It also contributes to preserving biodiversity and maintaining open landscapes.

A farm open to all
We welcome you all year round to our farm to discover our world and share our passion. Farm visits, every morning by reservation, for small or large groups, but also discovery days, or meals with friends, CE communion, family, with visits, aperitifs, meals, walks...

On the program:
- Guided tours: Discover our livestock, our crops and the different stages of production.
- Tastings: Taste our products and let yourself be seduced by the flavors of the Camargue.
- Workshops: Learn how to cook our products and make your own recipes.
- Nature walks: Discover our environment and observe the flora and fauna of the Camargue.

- Ready-made meals: Gardiane, ready-made meals, spreads
