Our extra virgin olive oils are pressed in our mill, immediately after harvest, right here on our estate. Their flavors vary depending on when they are harvested.

You can compare our "Ripe Fruity," the most intense and fresh, with a vegetal profile and notes of green fruit from the start of the harvest, ideal for enjoying raw, with our "Undergrowth," which is rounder and more indulgent with nutty notes from the end of the harvest, and "Harmony," the most balanced from the heart of the harvest. Discover our special creations as well: "Olive & Lemon" with fresh, whole organic lemons, or "Olive & Basil" with locally grown basil and Provençal notes...

We offer a wide range of AOC Ventoux wines (White, Rosé, and Red, with or without barrel aging) as well as AOC Beaumes de Venise wines: Cru en Rouge and Muscat de Beaumes de Venise, as well as a Côtes du Rhône Rouge produced in Beaumes to brighten up your meals or aperitifs!

We also produce almonds, sold dried and shelled—just as good for snacking as they are for baking or roasting...
