Our cuisine is family-style, entirely home-made using local produce: meat from Boucherie Fournier in St-Jean-de-Losne, charcuterie from Salaisons dijonnaises, seasonal vegetables from Ferme de Labruyère, cheeses from Fromagerie Delin et Sage...
A short menu to ensure freshness, a menu of the day (starter-main course-cheese or dessert) served every lunchtime from Monday to Friday, except public holidays, home-made ice creams served at all hours in season, and all the hot and cold drinks that a café can offer: that's what you'll find at Cascarot!
