La Chartreuse restaurant received the Michelin Guide’s “Bib Gourmand” on Tuesday, February 27. This distinction recognizes “bistronomic” establishments.

La Chartreuse welcomes food lovers in a rather traditional setting or on its large terrace in the heart of the village. According to the Michelin Guide, the menu at this restaurant—which pays homage to the monks of the Carthusian Order—features “well-executed modern cuisine that deliciously showcases seasonal (and often local) ingredients.”
