Le Saltimbanque is Chef Sébastien Porquet’s gourmet restaurant, located at the foot of the Moulin d’Eaucourt-sur-Somme, in the heart of Maritime Picardy and at the gateway to the Baie de Somme.

Through his “Glaner” tasting menu, Sébastien Porquet offers cuisine deeply rooted in his region, the seasons, wild foraging, and local producers.
A personal and socially conscious culinary style championed by Sébastien Porquet, now highlighted among the “Voix Engagées” in the MICHELIN Guide. As early as 2020, Le Saltimbanque was among the first French restaurants to be awarded the MICHELIN Guide’s Green Star.

Set in a privileged location overlooking the Somme Valley, the restaurant welcomes about twenty guests per seating for a deliberately intimate dining experience.
