With 10 years of experience in several fine establishments, Matthieu expatriated for a while to the south of France, and in April 2022 found his way back to his native Vosges and took over the kitchens of the Pont des fées.
On the menu: traditional cuisine with a modern twist, taste, flavors and colors.
Fresh, seasonal products selected from mostly local partners.
Passionate about his profession and the richness of our culinary heritage, Matthieu Chemin gives pride of place to products from equally passionate producers.
The restaurant owner has been a member of the Euro-Toques association for many years, created on the initiative of Pierre Romeyer and Paul Bocuse to promote quality products.
