The house has 2 suites spread over two floors.
On the 1st floor, discover the new 2-bedroom suite, completed at the end of 2023. This suite, which sleeps 4, has 1 bedroom with a double 160cm bed (which can be split into 2 80cm beds) and 1 other bedroom with a double 160cm bed. Small sitting area with kitchen area. Shower room and separate WC.
On the second floor, the second 2-bedroom suite awaits you. This can accommodate up to 6 people: 1 bedroom for 4 people (1 double bed 160 and 2 single beds) and 1 bedroom with a double bed 160. Shower room with WC. Small sitting area with kitchen area.
Breakfast is served on the ground floor, in a pleasant, large living room with large bay windows opening onto terraces and a flower-filled garden.
The property has easy access and parking for cars, motorbikes and bicycles. It is fenced and secure.
Please note: the property also includes a large gîte (with independent access) that can sleep up to 14 people.
