Each of Grandes Rousses Hotel & Spa's three restaurants is committed to the same principles: a short supply chain that reflects our respect for the terroir of the Isère region and the wealth of local produce. L'Espérance and its bistronomic cuisine, La Ferme d'Hubert and its Alpine cuisine, Les Mas'Hauts and its cheese specialties. Aux Grands Rouges, a lounge bar, completes the offer with its platters of charcuterie and cheeses sourced from neighbouring farms.
