La grande dégustation

The grand tasting is for those who want to obtain or deepen their knowledge of wine. First, you will enter the inner courtyard to learn about the history of the château and its organically farmed vineyard. Then, you will take a seat in our tasting room, comfortably set up in one of the castle's towers. The workshop will address several themes: the Mâconnais region, the making and maturing of a wine, tasting and food and wine pairing. To illustrate this, we propose 4 white wines and 1 red wine from the Château de Pierreclos, from different appellations, as well as 3 appetizers. A real initiation, which will awaken your senses.
Duration: 1h30. This experience can be combined with the youth experience, for 7-12 year olds.
Reservation recommended, maximum 15 people. Tasting reserved for adults.
