Located on the ground floor, at the end of a courtyard housing several flats, the gîte comprises a dining room with sofa bed, a small separate kitchen, a lounge with tiled floor and trundle beds, a bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed, a bathroom and a separate WC.

Bed linen, towels and final cleaning included in the price. Heating and electricity included. Bike hire and yoga classes are also available. Minimum 2-night booking. Cellar on site. 3 other gîtes on the property, all of which can be rented for up to 12 people, including extra beds. Covered communal swimming pool 200 m away.

Visit the famous Hospices, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and the vineyards of the Route des Grands Crus, with their evocative names: Volnay, Pommard, Meursault, Puligny-Montrachet, etc. For leisure activities, explore the Voie des Vignes on foot or by bike, or take advantage of Beaune côté Plage with its 4 natural swimming pools and its climbing wall, the only one of its kind in France. Numerous restaurants and wine-tasting cellars in and around Beaune, where you can savour Burgundy's gastronomic delights. Right next to the Beaune swimming pool!
