Les Refuges du halage : Gîte La Richardière

Laëtitia welcomes you to La Richardière lock, a stopover gîte on the VéloFrancette (Accueil Vélo). This lock-keeper's house, in the heart of the countryside, is accessible only by bike, on foot, by boat or on horseback. If you are coming by car, you can leave it 900m away in the car park under the Rochefort bridge (Andouillé).

The ground floor comprises a fitted kitchen, bathroom and living room. Upstairs, a bedroom converted into a dormitory can sleep up to 6 people. There is a large garden and the towpath. You will be surrounded by fields and the river.

Prices depend on the number of people, options, number of nights and period of stay. We advise you to make simulations directly on the website.

Local produce can be provided for lunch or dinner. Can be ordered all year round via the website or on request from the list.
Bikes (traditional and electric) and stand-up paddle for hire.
