In the heart of the Hyères valley, on the banks of the river and 3 km from the town centre, the Carhaix municipal campsite is anchored in a green setting. It is located in a leisure area that includes a riding centre, tree climbing courses, a plant maze, golf and mini-golf, a circuit-trail, orienteering courses...
The campsite has :
- 65 pitches, 54 of which are free
- 3 mobile homes with terrace, including 1 with PRM classification
- 2 caravans for 3 or 4 people
- a reception chalet
- a covered shelter (lunch for groups on reservation)
- a bar-crêperie with terrace
- a service area for campervans
Ideally situated for hikers and cycle tourists, at the crossroads of many hiking routes with the Nantes-Brest Canal, the Vélodyssée, Voies Vertes 7 and 6, the campsite also offers :
- 4 stage cabins, each sleeping 2
- 1 La Belle Ourse hut sleeping 3 (2 adults + 1 child)
- 1 rando-vélo hut sleeping 3
The campsite also has a closed bicycle container and recharging points for electric bikes. Self-catering kitchen.
