Beautifully restored by the best craftsmen in the Charente region of France, the three 19th century buildings on the estate each house a restaurant. While the old distillery building is home to the «Brasserie des Flâneurs», the mansion itself houses the gourmet restaurant «Notes».The two establishments also feature a cocktail bar, a library, a terrace, superb gardens and an outdoor swimming pool - including a vegetable garden and a fishpond - all managed by the same chef: Anthony Carballo.
