We offer three flats on the 1st and 2nd floor above the café, suitable for groups of 1 to 9 people, each with its own bathroom / WC and a fully equipped kitchenette.
Very central location with good soundproofing and a magnificent view of the Loire bridge. Bicycle room, small tools available.
On the first floor we propose a double or triple bedroom, with its own bathroom / WC, and a common dining room, communicating with another double bedroom, also with its own bathroom / WC. The kitchen is equipped with a hob/microwave, toaster, kettle, etc.
On the second floor, there is a large flat of 30 m2 with a breathtaking view of the Loire bridge and exposed beams. Small bedroom overlooking the quiet courtyard, bathroom plus separate toilet, kitchenette equipped with hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, etc. By using the sofa bed, this flat can accommodate up to 4 people.
