La Villa de la Plage

Located in Quend-Plage, this magnificent 200m2 villa sheltered by pine trees can accommodate up to 14 people. The gîte has 5 bedrooms (5 x 160cm beds, 2 x 90cm beds) and a mezzanine that can also be used as a bedroom with 1 x 140cm bed. Several bathrooms and shower rooms are available. The fully-equipped kitchen opens onto the dining room and living room. There's also a veranda that can be used as a winter lounge in cold, rainy weather. A flat-screen TV, integrated wi-fi and light leisure equipment are all at your disposal. You'll enjoy a peaceful, secluded stay in the immediate vicinity of the sea and the dunes, in a well-appointed setting with a private, covered, heated swimming pool (March 31 to November 19) and tennis court. Its large open spaces are ideal for spending pleasant moments with family or friends, around a barbecue, all comfortably seated on the garden furniture. Villa de la Plage is close to shops and restaurants, as well as to the Char à Voile school, which will enable you to discover one of the most beautiful sites for this sport: the Baie de Somme. A wide range of outdoor activities (horse riding, hiking in the dunes and on the beach, swimming, bike paths, rosalies, etc.) and guided tours of the Bay's flora and fauna are also available. As for the seals, you may be lucky enough to see them hunting or napping in the sun. Its prime location puts you close to Fort-Mahon Plage and its famous golf course, as well as the beautiful villages of Saint-Valéry-sur-Somme and Le Crotoy. Access to the property is via either the avenue de la mer (gate) or the impasse de l'étoile du Berger, with parking available in front of the gate.
