Discover the secrets of chocolate making on a gourmet journey into the world of Schaal.
The first stop on your journey is Ecuador, where our cocoa plantations are located, before heading for south-west France, to explore our hazelnut plantations.
Then back to Alsace, to Geispolsheim, for a behind-the-scenes look at how our chocolates are made: molds, sugar-coated treats, pralines and ganache will hold no secrets for you!
At the heart of your visit is the chocolate factory: watch the chocolatiers at work and ask them all your questions! Want to try your hand at chocolate? Workshops are available all year round.
At the end of your visit, stop off at the factory store to take home some chocolate souvenirs!
