Through a guided tour (of the production process) and a self-guided tour (of the museum, the old shipping and packaging workshops and the Carolingian crypt), you'll discover how a small seed became a sweet over the course of history...
Today, the same recipe is still used, with precious ingredients, patience and meticulousness, and a 15-day candy-making process.
After your visit, it's time to relax with a range of wooden fairground games, architectural games, an olfactory workshop and a tasting of our Flavigny candy, 13 different flavours, of which only the original is aniseed-flavoured. You can also enjoy our café-crêperie and its terrace in summer. The shop offers a wide range of delicacies and a generous selection of Anis wrapped in their world-famous little boxes.
