Situated on a plateau at 700 m altitude, in a verdant village surrounded by farms and meadows, this family-run establishment is well worth a visit.

Benjamin works alongside his father in the kitchen, and won first prize in the 2018 competition for the best duck foie gras in Alsace.

The restaurant, with its muted, contemporary tones, is very welcoming, and a great place to enjoy lunch or dinner with family or friends.

The menu offers a wide variety of dishes, including snail baeckeoffa, duck foie gras as a starter, game noisette from the local hunt, monkfish and pike cake as a main course, and a succulent dessert of brie with kirsch or vacherin glacé minute.

The restaurant has been awarded a Bib Gourmand in the Michelin Guide, a Toque in the Gault et Millau guide and the Chefs d'Alsace label, which promotes regional cuisine and seasonal produce.
