- reception and information
- free wifi internet access
- tickets for museums, guided tours and events, cruises and transport
- the Rochefort Océan shop
- the Rochefort Océan Privilege Card, given free of charge for the simultaneous purchase of two different services at a reduced rate, as part of the scheme: activities, visits, cruises, bike hire, bus, boat, etc.

This site has been awarded the Tourisme & Handicap label (auditory, mental, motor, visual) and is classified category 1, with the Qualité Tourisme label.
