Le patio de Xénia offers bed and breakfast accommodation in the heart of La Charité-sur-Loire, next to the church. You'll find comfort, calm, warmth and conviviality. Whether you're travelling alone or in a group, there's sure to be a room to suit you. They are all fully equipped and the decor speaks for itself.

A Greek first name in homage to a Russian woman, an early childhood in Mali speaking Bambara and eating rice by hand with the neighbours, a first professional experience in Chile after studying to be a cultural animator, another in Ghana with exchanges in Africa, Europe and Asia, an extraordinary Pan-American adventure for a year from Denver to Ushuaïa, a reconversion with a food-truck project that didn't happen in the end, a travel agency experience that ended with the pandemic...
Multiculturalism, exchange and sharing are all part of me!
So it was only natural that I should set up my own bed and breakfast in La Charité-sur-Loire. And I'll be delighted to welcome you to Le patio de Xénia to share my experience, my passionately-prepared dishes, my advice on places to visit and wine tastings...
My services: The Las Condes room, overlooking an enclosed courtyard, has a double bed (160x200), a table with 2 chairs and a courtesy tray with homemade shortbread. It also has an open wardrobe and a seating area. The bathroom is en suite with a shower, washbasin, WC and heated towel rail. Bed linen, towels and hygiene products are provided. A hairdryer is also provided. Next to the bedroom is a small lounge with a table, a BZ and leaflets to see what there is to do in the area. The bedroom, lounge and bathroom are on the same floor and it's all yours!
The Koulouba room overlooks an enclosed courtyard and has two beds (80x200), a wardrobe and a suitcase holder. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin, WC and towel rail. Bed linen, towels and hygiene products are provided. A hairdryer is also provided. Next to the bed area is a small lounge with a table and 2 armchairs, a courtesy tray with homemade shortbread and leaflets showing what there is to do in the area. The bedroom, small lounge and bathroom are on the ground floor and it's all yours!
Breakfast is included in the room rate. It's a continental breakfast with local or home-made products.
The house has a garage where you can store your bikes, motorbikes, hiking boots and canoes.
You can also relax in the Nordic bath for a unique and rejuvenating experience! Price: €50 for 2 people, including bathrobes and slippers.
I also offer table d'hôtes with local cuisine and seasonal produce. Price: €25 per person (€15 for children under 10). Drinks not included. (on reservation).
WI-FI is free. Smoking is permitted, but only in the patio or courtyard.
Room prices include accommodation and breakfast. Tourist tax not included (0.88 €/night/pers.).
