Gîte on the 1st floor: kitchen/dining room, living room (sleeps 2 people. BZ sofa) with hi-fi system, shower room, WC. 2nd floor: bedroom 14 m², 1 bed 160 electric, shower room, WC. Well-equipped gîte: new electrical appliances, modern design (red and grey kitchen), sky blue living-room with view/Loire, modern sanitary facilities (glass/oak table washbasin, thermostatic taps). Heating in addition. Good sound and heat insulation. Internet accessible in all rooms, Wifi and cable.Pos. rental of the 2 gîtes (modular capacity 6 to 10/15 pers).
