In a peaceful setting, in 2000 m² of enclosed grounds planted with trees, at the foot of the Decize ramparts, this gîte has been completely restored in a building full of character, with uninterrupted views over the old town and the Loire. Fully equipped modern kitchen.
1st floor: kitchen/dining room, living room (can sleep 2 people on a sofa bed), shower room with WC.
2nd floor: large bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190), shower room, WC.
Good sound and heat insulation. Internet access in all rooms/Wifi and cable.
There is another gîte on site that can be rented in addition (capacity adjustable from 6 to 10/15 people).
Cleaning possible at the end of your stay and bed linen provided, at an additional cost (cleaning compulsory if you have a pet).
