Caveau de la Prévôté

The farm is divided into two parts: - an organic livestock section, with sales of veal and beef to private customers - an AOC Saumur wine-growing section, planted with Cabernet Franc, Chenin, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. The vines are rooted in clay-limestone soil, benefiting from the mild climate of the Anjou region, and are ideally situated to produce a good terroir wine.
