Take a step up and let yourself be seduced by this old farmhouse entirely renovated in a contemporary and refined style. The serene and warm atmosphere of the L-shaped dining room invites you to relax and enjoy the pleasure of the palate.
The chefs Matthias and Benoît, elaborate the menus and the dishes proposed to the chart according to the seasonality of the vegetables cultivated in the adjacent garden. The dishes are seasoned with spices from here and elsewhere selected from around the world.
Local products (meat, cheese, honey?), from the surrounding farms, are honored in the nicely decorated plates for the pleasure of the eyes and the taste buds. Caroline, the hostess, will be able to advise you on the combination of dishes and fine wines from organic farming (AB, biodynamic or in reconversion).
During the summer season, sit on the terrace for your lunch or dinner and enjoy the sumptuous panoramic view of the valley, the time for a gourmet and bucolic interlude.
